5 minutes Tahini palmini risotto : Low carb, gf & vegan

 
Ingredients :
1 can of palmini rice
1 tbs olive oil
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Chopped parsley & cilantro to garnish
 
 
Vegan risotto dressing :
2 tbs vegan cream cheese ( I use kite hil )
3tbs tzatziki tahini ( any flavor will work )
 
Instructions:
  • Follow palmini can instructions for palmini rice prep
  • Non stick skillet, medium heat , infused your olive oil with turmeric & smoked paprika
  • Add palmini rice and mix well, cover and let it cook for about 5 minutes or until it’s soft enough & golden
  • Lower to low heat and add vegan cream cheese & tahini , mix well, it should be creamy , sticky texture , taste and adjust By adding salt , pepper, cream cheese or tahini ,
  • Garnish with green herbs and enjoy, it’s so simple and so delicious
