Vegan broccoli latkes

Vegan gluten free latkes:
Ingredients:
1 bag cauliflower/ broccoli rice ( frozen )
1/3 cup tzatziki tahini ( or any flavor )
3tbs zen basil soaked in 9 tbs water ( or chia seeds, I like zen basil more )
3 tbs almond flour
Instructions:
  • preheat oven to 375f
  • Soak the seeds on water for 10 minutes in a medium mixing bowl
  • Than add tahini, almond flour, salt & pepper to taste & mix well, should be sticky
  • Spray your parchment paper and it’s time to pour the batter into latkes, I used a spoon and ring mold for the round shape, but they will be beautiful even with just a spoon , because it’s eggs free, don’t make them too thin or too thick , in between
  • bake for 10 -12 minutes flip the latkes and bake for 10 minutes longer, until they get beautiful golden crunch 👌🏻 ( might take longer , depending on the oven ) eggs free recipe are more delicate, flip them carefully
  • I served them with vegan cream cheese mixed with spicy tahini , was so delicious,  enjoy
