Banana muffins for kids
Banana muffins for kids breakfast : ( 6 muffins)
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
2 organic eggs
1/2 cup coconut flour
2tbs agave or honey or your favorite
1/3 cup unsweetened chocolate chip ( optional for toppings or your favorite toppings)
1tsp baking powder
Instructions:
* preheat oven to 375F

Purée bananas by fork ( should be easy Bc they are soft ! )

Add all ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl

Mix well

Spray muffins mold and pour batter in and top with chocolate

Bake for 15-17 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
