Cabbage 2 ways :
Cabbage steaks
Ingredients:

medium size cabbage
-
5-7 tbs olive oil
-
1 lemon ( zeta only )
-
1tsp zathar or more
-
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
-
Preheat oven to 425F
-
Slice cabbage into 6-8 big thick pieces ( like you would cut watermelon wedges)

Place cabbage steaks in one layer on your oven tray (on parchment paper, always make sure the paper doesn’t touch the oven )

Add olive oil, spices, lemon zest and brush it into the cabbage from both size (add olive oil if needed)

Grill for 12-15 or until crunchy from outside and soft inside

I highly recommend to serve hot and drizzle one of my tahini dressing on top, enjoy.

🔹Ingredients:
1 cabbage
1 lemon
6 garlic clove
1 fresh Spicy pepper
1/3 cup Olive oil
Sprinkle of salt and pepper
🔹Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400F
-
Cut your cabbage in an x shape as deep as you can but not all the way through
-
Slice lemon and spicy pepper into thin circles and peel your garlic cloves
-
Stuff the cabbage with lemon, garlic and spicy pepper
-
Pour olive oil (be generous) into the cabbage and sprinkle salt and black pepper
-
Place your cabbage in a roasting bag and roast for 3 hours, pure happiness in every slice you eat 😍👌🏻
Notes
-
first 2 layers ( on top ) will be burned but still yummy and crunchy
-
Nuts / seeds for serving, was delicious topping
-
You could eat it after an hour in the oven but I recommend 2 or more
