Cauliflower Latkes
These cauliflower latkes are so easy and simple to make! They strike the perfect balance between fried potatoes and donuts. Here’s all you need:
Ingredients:

1 bag frozen cauliflower rice (450g)

2 eggs

3 tablespoons classic tahini (or any flavor)

1 scoop goddess prebiotic

3 tablespoons almond flour

Pinch of salt & black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to broil at 400°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop out the latke batter using an ice cream scooper, then press down the tops to create a circular shape.

Broil for 8 minutes, then flip the latkes. Continue to broil for another 4-5 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
- Serve hot with an additional drizzle of tahini or a dollop of sour cream. Enjoy!
