Chocolate marshmallow cake

Marshmallow chocolate cake

Ingredients:

2 organic eggs

1 cup almond flour

3tbs cashews butter (or any nut butter)

3tbs coconut oil ( melted )

3tbs honey ( or your choice of syrup)

3tbs cacao powder

1/3 cup unsweetened chocolate chip

1/3 cup mini marshmallow

Instructions:

• preheat oven to 375f

1. Mix all wet ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well
2. Add the dry ingredients and mix well until all well combine
3. I used loaf pan, spray pan with oil and pour the cake batter in
4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, cake might be sticky moist inside, the marshmallow chocolate texture is unreal! Enjoy
