Egg free & gluten free tahini bagels
many of you asked for an egg free version of my famous tahini bagels, so I had to make one, hope you’ll enjoy it as much as me.
Eggs free tahini bagels:
Ingredients:
1.1/2 cups almond flour (or any flour)
1.1/2 cups Greek yogurt ( full fat )
5 tbs zaatar tahini (or any flavor)
3 scoopers the goddess prebiotic ( 9teaspoons )
1 teaspoons baking powder
Pinch of salt
Toppings: sesame seeds or any of your favorite
Instructions:
- preheat oven to 375F
- Combine all dry ingredients first and mix well
- Add tahini , yogurt and mix well
- Spray your bagel mold and scoop out the batter with a spoon, press the batter with the spoon into a bagel shape
- Sprinkle sesame and bake for 12-15 minutes, when they’re ready edges will be golden brown
- Let them cool completely, or they will fall apart , enjoy
- note : you can slice them , I recommend not too and just top them up and enjoy, they are so delicious plain too
