Tahini Bagel Recipe (Makes 6 bagels)
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup whole sesame tahini (or your choice of flavor)
- 3 scoops of Goddess Prebiotic (equivalent to 9 teaspoons)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp silan syrup
- 3 tbsp pumpkin purée
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- Optional: Top with sesame seeds or chocolate chips. They pair wonderfully with both savory and sweet toppings!
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk until you achieve a smooth, creamy beige color.
- Pour the batter into a bagel or donut mold.
- Optionally, sprinkle with "everything but the bagel" seasoning.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Check with a toothpick; it should come out clean from the center.
