Green beans casserole, vegan & gf
green beans casserole:
Ingredients:
One bag of fresh raw Greens beans
1/2 cup unsweetened nut milk
3tbs spicy tahini or any flavor (I love the tzatziki one in this recipe)
1 red onion sliced into rings
1/2 cup almond flour
Lemon zest
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:

preheat oven to 375f

Rinse green beans and place in a small lasagna dish

Mix nut milk with tahini, lemon zest , salt & pepper and pour over the beans, bake it for 10-12 minutes

While it’s in the oven , coat the onion rings with almond flour, spray them with olive oil if needed, to be sticky and coated with almond flour

When green beans are ready ,add onions on top and return to the oven for 2-5 minutes until the onion are crispy and Golden in the edges, serve warm , it’s delicious
