High Protein Cheesecake Recipe (Sugar-Free, Gluten-Free)
This protein-packed cheesecake recipe is high protein, high fiber, low carb, 0g sugar, gluten free and so simple to make.
Ingredients:
1 cup egg whites
2 cups sour cream (or Greek yogurt/cream cheese or any yogurt you love - make sure it's FULL FAT)
3 scoops goddess prebiotic protein powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup halva
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F on bake
In a large mixing bowl, combine egg whites & prebiotic. Use hand mixer to blend well until you get a big white cloud batter (minimum 5 minutes blend)
Gently add yogurt and fold it gently with a spatula
Warm the halva for 30 seconds in the microwave and gently add it to your cake mixture
Pour batter into a non-stick sprayed cake mold and bake for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown on top
let it cool down completely and keep in the fridge for 2 hours before serving , you can eat it as is but after the fridge it’s so delicious.
Serve with silan (date syrup) and your favorite fresh fruits
Note:
You can use dairy-free yogurt if you like the taste
You can use sweet tahini instead of halva, or both - any sweet flavor will be delicious in this recipe
