Olive oil
Salt & pepper
Parsley for Garnish ( optional)
Instructions;

Preheat oven to 425F

Slice fennel into half’s
-
Always on PARCHMENT paper
-
Brush them with olive oil
-
Roast for 15-20 minutes

Sprinkle salt & pepper garnish with parsley
