Pesto veggies burgers

Pesto veggies burgers:
Ingredients:
5tbs  pesto tahini
2 egg
2 sliced zucchini
2 cups spinach
1/2 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup cauliflower florets
1/2 cup chopped green herbs (parsley & cilantro & scallions)
Spices: 1 teaspoon smoked paprika & 1 teaspoon shawarma spice ( both optional but delicious ) salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Pre heat oven to broil ( 400f top rack )
1. Combine all veggies in food processor ( without the egg ) and mix well, until veggies are completely finally chopped
2. In a medium mixing bowl whisk egg with pesto tahini and sprinkle all spices and mix well
3. Pass the veggies from the food processor to the egg tahini mixture and mix until all combined
4. Place parchment paper On your oven tray and spray with any oil, scoop veggies burgers by spoon, any shape and size will work
5. Broil for 5-7 minutes on each side , enjoy
* notes - you can replace eggs with 2 flax egg and add 1/2 cup almond flour to hold the burgers instead.
