Ingredients:Â
1 large lemonÂ
1/4 cup vinegarÂ
2tbs lemon juiceÂ
1tsp curryÂ
1tsp saltÂ
1tsp olive oilÂ
Dill ( to top it up )Â
Instructions:Â

Slice the lemons into very thin half circle slicesÂ

Start to layer the glass container with vinegar ,spices and half circled lemon slices until you reach the top.

Make sure the slices are gently squeezed in.Â

Add juice of half a lemonÂ

Add 1tsp olive oilÂ
-
Be generous with the dill on top , itâs to prevent mold Â

Refrigerate overnight and enjoy it as a topping on any type of food, my favorite is as topping for sandwiches, salads and I even top it on cooked veggies .Itâs such an amazing way to give a kick of flavor, Your welcome đ
