Sexy spinach Burekas
Low carb spinach burekas:
Ingredients:
7-8 Rice paper
2 eggs
1/2 cup tzatziki tahini ( or any tahini flavor)
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 cup shredded feta cheese ( I used goat feta )
1 -2 cups chopped spinach ( fresh not frozen)
Salt & pepper to taste
1/3 cup Sesame seeds & egg for garnish
Instructions:

preheat oven to 400f

In a medium mixing bowl Whisk eggs well and add all the rest ( feta , mozzarella, tahini, chopped spinach ) mix well

In safe oven lasagna dish start layering up rice paper first & cheese filling on top , repeat for 7-8 layer or as many as you wish

On the last layer you’ll need to brush the rice paper with egg, add sesame seeds on top ( optional, I didn’t have )

Bake for 20-22 minutes, serve warm or room temperature, always add salad on the side , enjoy .
