Smoked paprika roasted chickpeas
Roasted chickpeas:

1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1 tablespoon olive oil

Smoked paprika and sprinkle of salt

Most important: parchment paper !

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375F (190C).

Drain chickpeas and pour into a mixing bowl along with the olive oil, smoke paprika and salt. Toss well to coat the chickpeas evenly. Spread the seasoned

Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet ( parchment paper) It's ok if they are still a bit wet, they will dry out in the oven. Bake 30 minutes, stopping to shake the pan every now and then.

When the chickpeas are golden and crispy Remove the chickpeas from the oven and and let cool a bit before enjoying. You can snack on them still warm, or completely cooled. And add them to your meals for a crunchy Smokey bite :)
- note : lemon zest and parsley is my favorite garnish (optional)
