Tahini banana bread
Tahini banana bread: loaf ( 8* 4 )
Gluten free & nut free
Ingredients:
4 Tbs tahini
1 and half banana
1/3 cup chia seeds
1/3 cup chocolate chip
2 eggs
1 Tbs honey
1 tsp Cinnamon (optional)
1/2 tsp baking powder
Sprinkle of salt
Instructions:
- Mash the banana completely by using a fork
- Mix all wet ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk it well add chia seeds last and let it soak for 10-15 minutes ( its time to preheat your oven to 375f )
- Add mashed banana and mix well
- Add chocolate chip and mix
- Spray your loaf pan and pour the batter in
- In preheated oven bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown , enjoy 😊
