Tahini Buns
I woke up in the morning craving a delicious warm bun with avocado on it, so I did it and I skipped the gluten, sugar, and oils.
I used everything tahini and the flavor and texture were unbelievable, 5 minutes prep.
Tahini buns: ( 6 buns )
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 Cup everything tahini or any flavor
- 3 Scooper of Goddess Prebiotic ( 9 Teaspoon )
- 2tbsp chia seeds ( optional )
- 2 tbsp of silan syrup ( or honey )
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- You can top it up with sesame or Everything but the Bagel spice (from Trader Joe's) or any of your choice, completely optional.

- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk well, until you get a smooth, cream-beige color.
- Pour the batter into a bun/muffin/bagel/donut mold; any shape will work.
- Sprinkle sesame.
- Bake it for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
