Tahini cacao banana
Tahini cacao banana bread: loaf ( 8* 4 )
Gluten free
Ingredients:
1/2 cup tahini
2 soft bananas
1/3 cup unsweetened caca powder
1/3 cup walnuts ( optional)
2 eggs
3 Tbs honey (or your favorite)
1 cup almond flour
1 tsp Cinnamon (optional)
1 tsp baking powder
Sprinkle of salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375F
- Mash the banana by using a fork, I love big chunks
- Mix all wet ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk it well
- Add dry ingredients and mix well
- Spray your loaf pan and pour the batter in
- Top it up with walnuts or your fave
- In preheated oven bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown , enjoy 😊
- I topped it up with coffee beans halva, right before serving, it was beyond delicious, highly recommend
