Tahini matcha donuts 🍩
Tahini matcha donuts: ( 6 donuts)
♦️Ingredients :
1/4 cup cacao butter
3 Tbs tahini
3 Tbs creamy peanut butter ( or your favorite nut butter)
1 Tbs matcha powder
3 Tbs almonds flour
1/2 cup coconut milk ( full fat can )
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
2 Tbs Honey ( I use manuka honey )
1/3 cup dark chocolate chip ( optional)
♦️Instructions :

Heat cacao butter and peanut butter in the microwave in 30 seconds incriminate ( until it’s completely melted)

Combine all the “wet ingredients” and mix well

Add the almond flour, matcha, cinnamon and chocolate chip and mix well

Spray donuts mold with coconut spray

Pour batter into the donuts in silicon mold and into thr freezer for 60 minuets
Notes :
* very important to use silicon mold

I love serving it with fresh raspberries

Store in the fridge / freezer , up to a week
