Tahini pizza crust
This recipe is a must-try with only 5 minutes of prep and just one mixing bowl. Let's do it.
For one pizza (perfect with a side of a big, delicious salad), you'll need:
Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 3tbs of pesto tahini or any flavor
- 3 teaspoons the goddess prebiotic Inulin
- 1teaspoon water
- Sprinkle of baking powder ( not must )
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbs olive oil or spray
Toppings:
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1/3 cup of your favorite shredded cheese (I love feta/halloumi)
- Kale for garnish (I love my greens; they're so delicious)
Instructions:
- Preheat your nonstick skillet on medium heat (don't oil it yet).
- In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, tahini, salt, water, and baking powder. Mix well.
- Once your pizza batter is well mixed, oil or spray your skillet, pour in your batter, and cover.
- After 3-5 minutes, it should be golden on the bottom and ready to flip.
- Flip it, add your toppings, and cover again for a couple of minutes until the cheese is melted.
