Warm broccoli slaw salad
Warm vegan broccoli slaw :
Ingredients:

1 bag of broccoli slaw ( I like to buy it in a bag sliced & ready to use from traderjoes )

I love adding 1/2 cup of chopped green herbs & scallions (optional)

2tbs olive oil

Spices : 1 teaspoon turmeric 1 teaspoon smoked cumin , salt & pepper to taste

Coleslaw dressing:
Creamy tahini dressing; dairy free & vegan
1/2 cup tzatziki tahini (or any flavor)
1 lemon juice
1/4 cup cold water
Salt & pepper to taste
( recommend white pepper )
Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl and adjust consistency if need by adding lemon or water.
Instructions:

medium heat on non stick skillet, add your olive oil and spices, infused them , you’ll smell the aroma ( it’s delicious and anti inflammatory)

Add your broccoli slaw and mix well , simmer low and cover

After 5-7 minutes the broccoli will be soft and sweet , you can always leave it longer if you wish so, I love it soft & crunchy

Pour your tahini dressing on top , be generous, it’s so creamy, warm & delicious, garnish with parsley if you wish so , enjoy

Note : you can eat it as a salad, side dish with protein or my favorite : in a warp
