3 ingredients cookies
This recipe is vegan, gluten & so simple to make! They are chewy and crunchy, and I am obsessed.
Ingredients: (Makes 7-8 medium-sized cookies)
6 tablespoons chocolate lemon pecan halva ( or any flavor )
6 tablespoons coconut/ almond flour ( or any of your favorite)
6 teaspoons goddess prebiotic ( 2 scoopers )
3 tablespoons room temperature water
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Mix all. Use your hands to create a dough texture in a medium mixing bowl, and you can taste it. It’s delicious ( add more water if it’s too sticky)
- On greased parchment paper, scoop cookies by hand or with a spoon into a circle shape.
- Toppings are optional. You can skip them or top them up with your favorite, and those cookies are so delicious you can’t go wrong! I topped up mine with crushed almonds and pink sprinkles.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes and let them cool down completely, enjoy
