Panini crackers
It is such a deliciously simple recipe. Whenever you’re craving something crunchy:
Tahini cracker ( 1 big cracker )
Ingredients:
3 teaspoons tzatziki tahini
1 tablespoon goddess prebiotic
1 teaspoon (chia/zen basil seeds )
1 tablespoon of coconut flour ( you can use oats / almond flour or any flour)
2 tablespoons water
- Mix well (it should be a bit sticky )
- Flat the batter into a parchment paper
- Toast in the panini press for 2 minutes
- Turn the panini off and let the cracker cool down completely
- Top it up with your favorite, and enjoy
- if you use the tzatziki tahini, it gives so much flavor, and it’s delicious on its own too
