Chocolate chips Vanilla protein cake :Â ( gluten free &Â dairy free )Â
Ingredients:Â
2 eggsÂ
2tbs cashews butterÂ
1/4 cup cacao butter ( melted in the microwave 30 sec increase)Â
1 scoop planet based protein powder ( I use try women)Â
4tbs almond flourÂ
4tbs coconut flourÂ
1tbs baking powderÂ
1/3 cup fiber syrup ( or honey )Â
1/3 cup chocolate chips ( for topping, I use Lilyâs sweet )Â
Instructions:Â

preheat oven to 375fÂ

In a medium mixing bowl:Â
Combine: eggs, cacao butter ( melted), syrup, and cashews butter, whisk it wellÂ

Add rest of the ingredients and mix wellÂ

Spray you cake mold ( I used coconut oil )Â

Pour cake batter into the mold and top it up with chocolate chips, bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown, enjoyÂ
