Crispy Brussels
Crispy Brussels:
Ingredients:
1 bag of fresh Brussels sprouts
3-5 tbs Olive oil
Fresh rosemary
1 lemon zest
Parchment paper ( is the key )
Instructions:
- preheat oven to 425f
- Slice Brussels sprouts into half & place them on parchment paper on your oven tray
- It’s time to add lemon zest , olive oil & your fresh rosemary , toss them all together ( don’t add salt yet , they’ll get crispier)
- Broil them for 20-25 min or until golden brown , add salt on top and dip them in tahini , enjoy
Tahini dip :
1/2 cup tahini ( any flavor)
1 lewmon juice
1/4 cup cold water
Salt & pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl and adjust consistency if need by adding more lemon or water or tahini
