Gluten free granola bread
gluten free bread :
1 loaf 8*4 loaf pan
What do you need :
6 Tbs raw tahini
2 large eggs ( or 3 small )
1/3 cup chia seeds (optional, but highly recommend)
1/2 tsp honey
1tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup gluten free granola (optional)
Instructions:

Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix it well ! ( use 1/2 of the granola in your bread batter and keep granola on the side for topping)

Spray loaf pan with coconut oil

Pour the batter in the pan

Bake for 15-20 minuets on 350F Or until it’s golden. Enjoy:)
