Protein chia seeds bagels
Protein chia bagels For 6 bagels:
Ingredients:
1 scoop vanilla plant based protein ( I used tru women)
1/2 cup egg whites (cage free & organic)
1 tbs coconut oil (melted)
1 tsp salt & sprinkle of black pepper
1 tbs baking powder
2 tbs chia seeds
3 tbs almond flour
3 Tbs coconut flour

you can add sprinkle of any of your favorite spices (optional)
Instructions:

preheat oven to 375f

Spray your donut/muffins mold (I use organic coconut oil spray)

In a medium mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix well until completely blend, let the batter rest for 15 minutes

Pour into your mold ( any shape will be great ) and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden, and voila 👌🏻 Guilt free heaven, wait to cool and ready to serve ( store in the fridge up to 6 days )

I love topping it up with savory or sweet: pb jelly, avocado, vegan cheese etc... it’s my go too for on the go healthy meal 😅
