Stir fry
Zahtar tahini stir fry
this recipe is such a delicious one for any day of the week, enjoy
Ingredients:
2tbs olive oil
2 eggs
One bag of palmini rice ( made of hearts of palm )
1/3 cup of each ( chopped ): Onion,Celery, Bell pepper , Mushrooms , Green beans or any of your favorite veggies
Spices : 1tbs Cajun spice , 1tbs masala spice
Both are pereg spices ( you can substitute for smoked paprika & cumin but I highly recommend getting those spices )
2 tbs Zahtar tahini
2 tbs liquid aminos
Topping : 1/2 avocado
Instructions:
- On medium heat start infusing your olive oil on the skillet, add your spice and let them “open up” by infusing your spice you’ll get the best flavors & all the healthy benefits
- Add palmini rice and mix it all well,
- Add chopped veggies and sauté them for 3-5 minutes all together
- You can prep your scrambled eggs separately and add them or create circle in the middle of the skillet and crack your eggs into it, scramble them and mix with veggies until fully cooked & well combined
- Add liquid amino instead of salt & mix well, you can taste & adjust if needed, I added splash of lemon , let it cook for additional 5 min
- When you are ready to serve slice your avocado and add it on top
- Garnish with Zahtar tahini & green herbs
- If you are a spicy love I recommend adding spicy tahini drizzle on top
