Vegan açaí bowl
This refreshing and creamy açaí bowl is a favorite in my family, especially on hot summer days. Quick to prepare and packed with nutritious ingredients, it's the perfect vegan breakfast or snack that will leave you feeling energized and satisfied. Plus, it only takes 5 minutes to make!
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen açaí pack (from Trader Joe’s)
- 1/3 cup blueberries
- 1/3 cup nut or coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons chocolate tahini
- 2 tablespoons silan syrup
- 1/2 scooper Goddess Prebiotic Inulin
Toppings:
- Goddess Pecans
- Peanut Butter Tahini
- Fresh fruits of your choice
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients in a food processor and blend for a few seconds. Don't blend too long to keep the texture.
- Add your toppings and enjoy immediately.
Tips:
Use frozen fruits for a thicker consistency.
Garnish with granola for extra crunch.
