Avocado rolls

Avocado rolls :
1 pack Crepini egg white wraps
1 avocado
1tsp spicy tahini  
1 lemon zest only.
1/2 bunch finely chopped of parsley
1/2 bunch finely chopped of cilantro
Salt & pepper to taste
  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl
  • Smash avocado buy fork and mix until blended well with spices and green herbs
  • By spoon place the avocado purée in the top center of the wrap and roll it
  • Toast it in your panini press open or on a nonstick pan
  • Flip it every 2-3 minutes until it’s crispy all sides
I serve it with liquid amino instead of soy sauce, if you have fresh ginger you can add some for flavor, enjoy
