Breakfast bowl
Ingredients:
1 cup nut milk or yogurt
2 tbs zen basil seeds or chia seeds
2 tbs protein fibre powder
2tbs halva
1 fist of pomegranate
1 fist of love grown cereal
instruction :
* soak nut milk with chia/basil seeds for 15-20 minutes in the fridge or over night for thick pudding texture
* top it up with any of your fave fruits, cereal, the sky is the limit , enjoy
