Cauliflowers cups

Cauliflower mashed: 
1 yellow cauliflower 
2tbs grated Nutmeg 
1tbs Coriander 
2tbs Lemon zest 
1/3 cup Coconut milk 
Sprinkle Salt & pepper 
1 Purple cauliflower 
2tbs grated Nutmeg 
1/2 fresh chopped Chili 🌶 
1 Tbs Coriander 
2 Tbs Lemon zest 
1/3 cup Coconut milk 
1 Garlic clove 
2 Tbs grated ginger 
Sprinkle Salt & pepper 
  • alfalfa sprouts ( optional for topping ) 
♦️ instructions: 
  1. Place a steamer insert into a saucepan and fill with water to just below the bottom of the steamer. Bring water to a boil. Add cauliflower and 1 Tbs salt, steam for about 15 minutes or until cauliflower feels soft 
  2. Transfer  the cauliflower to a food processor cover and blend on high. Add remaining cauliflower florets, one at a time, until vegetables are creamy. Blend in the spices and coconut milk 
  3. I started with the yellow cauliflower and the same way with the purple 
  4. My recipe will work with any color cauliflower you have and the taste will be beyond, I just happened to have them both and played a little 👩🏻‍🍳😍💚 it’s such an easy presentation that looks fancy to impress your family and friends, enjoy 
  • Note : I topped it up with alfalfa sprouts
