Fire green AKA Spicy sauce 🌶

Spicy green sauce: 
2 garlic cloves
2 coarsely chopped medium jalapeño chile
1 1/2 cups packed flat-leaf parsley
1 1/2 cups packed cilantro 
1/2 cup mint leaves 
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil 
5 tablespoon lemon juice
 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 
1/2 teaspoon cardamom 
About 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  1. In a food processor, whirl garlic and jalapeño until minced.
  2. Add parsley, cilantro, 1/2 cup water, the extra-virgin olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, kosher salt, and ground cardamom. Pulse until coarsely puréed. Add more salt to taste.
Note : 
  1. if you are a spicy lover you can add more jalapeño 
  2. Jalapeños are hit or miss, smell of taste before to make sure it’s spicy 🌶 
  3. You can do the same recipe with different spicy peppers as well 👍🏻
