Fire green AKA Spicy sauce đŸŒ¶

Spicy green sauce: 
2 garlic cloves
2 coarsely chopped medium jalapeño chile
1 1/2 cups packed flat-leaf parsley
1 1/2 cups packed cilantro 
1/2 cup mint leaves 
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil 
5 tablespoon lemon juice
 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 
1/2 teaspoon cardamom 
About 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  1. In a food processor, whirl garlic and jalapeño until minced.
  2. Add parsley, cilantro, 1/2 cup water, the extra-virgin olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, kosher salt, and ground cardamom. Pulse until coarsely puréed. Add more salt to taste.
Note : 
  1. if you are a spicy lover you can add more jalapeño 
  2. Jalapeños are hit or miss, smell of taste before to make sure it’s spicy đŸŒ¶Â 
  3. You can do the same recipe with different spicy peppers as well đŸ‘đŸ»
