Grill Caesar salad

Grill Caesar:
2 lettuce heads
2 TVs olive oil
2 slices of Royo bread ( or any )
1/3 cup walnuts
1/2 cup caeser tahini ( or any flavor)
1 lemon juice
1/4 cup cold water
Salt & pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl and adjust consistency if need by adding more  lemon or water or tahini
Salad instructions:
  • Slice your lettuce length wise
  • Non stick skillet On medium heat , 1 tbs olive oil and grill your lettuce on for 2 -4 min each side and remove
  • Toast bread on the skillet, add more olive oil if needed
  • Place your grill lettuce on a large plate
  • Slice bread into crotons and add them on top
  • Drizzle tahini generously and garnish with walnuts, enjoy
