High Protein Spinach Pancakes
Spinach pancakesđ„ gluten freeÂ
Ingredients:Â
2cups of spinachÂ
1/2 cup almond flour/ coconut flourÂ
2 eggsÂ
1 scoop of vegan protein powder (optional)Â
1/4 cup coconut milkÂ
3tbs cup chia seedsÂ
1tbsp pb2 powder ( optional )Â
2 Tbs fiber syrup or honey or your favorite sweetenerÂ
1tsp vanilla extractÂ
Sprinkle of salt & cinnamonÂ
1 tsp baking powderÂ

combine all in a food processorÂ

On skillet- Low ! Low heat , spray with coconut oil ( or your favorite oil ) in your ring pancakes mold or favorite shape . For about 3- 5 minuets each side .Â
