High Protein Spinach Pancakes
Spinach pancakes🥞 gluten free
2cups of spinach
1/2 cup almond flour/ coconut flour
1 scoop of vegan protein powder (optional)
1/4 cup coconut milk
3tbs cup chia seeds
1tbsp pb2 powder ( optional )
2 Tbs fiber syrup or honey or your favorite sweetener
1tsp vanilla extract
Sprinkle of salt & cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
combine all in a food processor
On skillet- Low ! Low heat , spray with coconut oil ( or your favorite oil ) in your ring pancakes mold or favorite shape . For about 3- 5 minuets each side .
I love topping them with peanut butter and berries :) you won’t believe the main ingredients was spinach 😂💚👌🏻😉 enjoy.
