Lasagna rolls

Palmini Lasagna rolled :
1 bag palmini lasagna sheets
1 packed vegan “ground beef“
1 cup tomatoes sauce ( I use raos )
3 tbs spicy tahini
3 tbs pesto tahini
1/3 cup parmigiana cheese for garnish
With any of your favs Fresh green herbs, I used parsley
Salt & pepper to taste

  • medium heat , non stick skillet, start with sauté the ground beef with 1 tbs olive oil or any oil or spray
  • When beef is golden brown add tomatoes sauce & tahini , mix well
  • Follow the palmini instruction on the package and start to roll them with ground beef inside and place back in the sauce
  • Let it cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes and cover , add ptarmigan & green herbs before serving, enjoy
