My Kind Of Bowl

Monday meal :  start your week right 
Salad base :
1 cup Kale + 1 cup spinach +cup arugula
Topped with :
Roasted sweet potatoes ( in the oven 425f for 20-25 min )
Roasted portables mushrooms ( sauté in the skillet) .
Shaved raw almonds
Shaved raw carrots
And organic free range brown boiled eggs
Dressing :
1/2 Tbs olive oil
1/2 Tbs liquid aminos
1 squeeze lemon juice
1tbs Apple cider vinegar
Touch of fresh graded Ginger
