No bake pumpkin tahini cookies

 No bake tahini cookies, Vegan & gluten free: 
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup raw peanut butter tahini ( whole sesame, chocolate tahini & Silan tahini will work as well )
2tbs Silan  ( Or honey  )
3tbs pumpkin purée 
3tbs Inulin (optional highly recommend) 
1/2 cup dark chocolate chip ( or many as you wish )
  • mix all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl ( without chocolate chips ) you can try and adjust the taste if needed
  • Scoop them out by spoon , on parchment paper top them up with chocolate chip
  • Freeze them for 2 hours & enjoy
