Pancakes
pancakes 🥞 dairy  & gluten free:Â
INGREDIENTS

1 cup almond flourÂ

2 eggsÂ
-
1 Tsp baking powder
-
1/4 tsp. sea salt
-
2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
-
2 tsp Apple cider vinegarÂ
-
1 Tbsp fiber syrup or maple syrup or honeyÂ
-
1 Tbsp coconut oil - melted
-
1 tsp vanilla extractÂ
-
8 strawberries * optionalÂ
INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all of the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.Â

In your food processor : Strawberries, almond milk, apple cider vinegar, coconut oil, vanilla extract and salt

Add liquid to the mixing bowl with dry ingredients and mixÂ

If needed, add additional almond milk or flour in small increments (1/2 Tbsp. at a time) to achieve pancake batter consistency.Â

On medium low heat pour batter on a greased skillet, about a scant 1/4 cup of batter per pancake.Â

Flip when pancakes begin to bubble or spatula easily slips under pancake. Continue to cook until golden brown on both sides.

Allow pancakes to cool down, enjoy 😊Â
