Red cabbage cranberries salad

Red cabbage salad: 
Ingredients: 
  1. 6 cups of shredded cabbage ( or small head or 1/2 large one) 
1/3 cup unsweetened dry cranberries
Dressing ingredients: 
  1. 2 lemons juice 
  2. 3 Tbs sesame oil 
  3. 1-inch piece fresh ginger, minced or grated
  4. Salt & pepper 
Instructions: 
  1. Whisk together dressing ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Add all salad ingredients (cabbage, cranberries ) to bowl.
  3. Stir together. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to two days. Garnish options: sesame seeds, green herbs just before serving. 
  4. I served its with my curry tahini on top, it was delicious, you can find the curry tahini  recipe on my website , enjoy 😊
