Roasted kohlrabi with Caesar tahini

Roasted Kohlrabi:
3 medium kohlrabi
3tbs olive oil
Kosher salt & Pepper
  1. Peel the Kohlrabi
  2. in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook the peeled Kohlrabi in hot ( boiling ) water about 10 minutes or until tender ( use a fork to check)
  3. Preheat the oven to 450°. On a large baking sheet, drizzle the kohlrabi with olive oil I love brushing with my silicons brush and season with salt and pepper. Roast for about 25 minutes or until charred & golden on the outside and tender within
  4. drizzel 1-2 tbs of caeser style tahini ( or any of your fave flavor on top ) and always garnish with green herbs on top, I used parsley, enjoy
