Silan Tahini Lemon pie
1 lemon ( juice )
1/2 lemon ( thin slice for decoration, optional)
1/3 cup silan date syrup & 1tbs ( the 1 Tbs is for lemon garnish on top ) *you can replace silan with honey or maple syrup .
1/4 cup silan tahini ( whole sesame/ chocolate/ peanut butter tahini will work too )
1 cup almond flour
1tbs chia seeds
1teaspoon baking powder
preheat oven to 375f
In a medium size mixing bowl Mix all wet ingredients ( eggs,lemon juice, tahini , silan ) mix well
Add all dry ingredients & mix well
Pour batter into your pie dish ( spray it before, I used coconut spray)
Bake for 7 minutes and take out to add lemon slices for decoration on top & top lemon w 1tbs of silan , it’s will give them an amazing glaze !
Back to the oven for 5-6 minutes longer or until toothpick comes out clean
Let it cool for 5 minutes before slicing Serve cold or hot , it’s delicious, enjoy.
