Simple And Basic

You just can’t go wrong if your vegetables are roast to perfection!!! 
And that my key for basic meal just because the rest doesn’t really matter ..... 
  1. Preheat oven to 425f 
  2. your favorite vegetables sliced on parchment paper (no salt ) 
  3. Spray with coconut oil or your favorite 
  4. 35-45 minuets in the oven 
  5. The real twist her was the grill avocado last 5 min add the avocado cut it to half and face it down on the parchment paper ( the avocado pill is not touching the parchment paper) 
  6. Add it to your roasted vegetables and sprinkle salt on top !! Yum !! Enjoy
