Spicy tahini creamy veggies

1 bag butternut squash frozen
1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 cups spinach
1 cup chopped scallions
1 cup cilantro, parsley and dill
1 can coconut milk
1/3 cup spicy tahini ( or more for spicy lovers )
2tbs liquid amino
Black pepper to taste
Put all of the sauce ingredients into a large pot over low heat and stir well
After 2-3 minutes add all veggies in and mix well , cover and cook on low for 25 minutes
