Tahini crepes kosher for Passover

Tahini crepes
Ingredients: ( makes 4-5 crepes)
1 egg
1/3 cup tahini
3 tbs almond/coconut flour 
1/4 cup coconut milk ( or any milk )
3tbs Silan  ( or any syrup)
1 tsp of vanilla extract & sprinkle of salt  


Instructions :
• in a medium mixing bowl mix all ingredients together until they are well combined
• Place your non stick skillet over low heat
• scoop out batter by using your 1/4 measurement cup , it will look like pancake but it’s supposed to be thinner like a crepe
• Cover and wait for lil bubbles to show, that’s the sign to flip it , approximately 3 minutes on each side
• You can enjoy them with savory or sweet toppings, we added honey & berries.
