Tahini bagels

tahini bagel :  ( 6 bagels ) 

Ingredients: 

  • 3 eggs 

  • 1/2 Cup whole sesame tahini ( or any flavor) 

  • 3 Scooper of Goddess Prebiotic ( 9 Teaspoons )
  • 2tbs zen basil seeds or chia ( optional ) 

  • 2 tbs of silan syrup ( or honey ) 

  • 1 teaspoon  baking powder 

  • pinch of salt 
  • You can top it up with sesame or Everything but the bagel spice ( from traders joes ) or any of your choice, completely optional.  

 

Instructions: 

  • preheat oven to 375f 

  • Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk it well, until you get smooth cream beige color 

  • Pour the batter into a bagel / donut mold

  • Sprinkle everything but the bagel 

  • Bake it for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean from the center
