Vegan Bolognese

Ingredients: 
Palmini pasta 
1 pack of tempeh 
Bunch of : basil , cilantro, parsley, dill 
2 cups of spinach
1 cup cherry tomatoes 
3 garlic clove 
Grated ginger * optional 
3 cups  tomatoes sauce 
1/2 cup of water if needed 
1/2 tsp smoked paprika. 
2tbs liquid aminos 
Instructions: 
  1. Sear the tempeh on a skillet in liquid amino sauce ( no salt needed ) 
  2. Sauté all the vegetables in a second skillet starting with eggplants gradually adding all the ingredients.. Add 2-3 cup of tomatoes sauce , sprinkle with the smoked paprika, mix and simmer low, add water if needed. 
  3. Add (seared) tempeh and mix it in . 
  4. Add palmini pasta 🍝 enjoy 😉
