Vegan truffle

1/4 cup vegan vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup almond flour
1/3 cup  liquid coconut oil
1tbs cacao powder
2teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tsp honey / maple syrup / agave ( if you love sweet add more )
  • any of your favorite toppings to roll the balls. my favorite is chocolate chip cinnamon and crushed almonds 😋. Instructions:
  • Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, when it’s evenly blended use hands/spoon to make small balls and roll them in cinnamon/ crushed almonds or your favorite, set aside and refrigerate .
  • Try them frozen too -  amazing 😉
