Veggies bowl

Veggies bowl :
2 cups spinach
1 zucchini ( sliced into circles )
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/3 cup Chopped scallions
Dressing :
3tbs raw Caesar tahini
2tbs liquid aminos
1 lemon juice
2-3tbs cold water ( if needed to adjust consistency )
  • On medium high heat nonstick skillet sautéed zucchini & mushrooms in 1tbs olive oil
  • Sautéed veggies on high heat for 1-2 minutes and lower down
  • Add spinach into your salad bowl & sautéed veggies & scallions on top
  • Tahini amino dressing: mix lemon juice with aminos & Caesar tahini add water if needed and drizzle that deliciousness on top of your veggies bowl, enjoy.
