Trust me you can’t beet this recipe , simple & full of flavor.
2 cups cooked beets
1/2 cup truffle tahini ( any flavor will be delicious )
1 lemon juice
Pinch of salt
Toppings: green herbs & pine nuts
- Combine beet, tahini, salt & lemon juice iIn your food processor and mix well , try and adjust consistency if needed, (I added a drizzle of tahini to make it creamier)
- Top up with green herbs & pine nuts or any of your favorite, so delicious as a dip or a spread, enjoy
